5. Do you provide hotel pickup and drop-off?
Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off from downtown DC area is available for private and
some of our tours. Please mention your accommodation details during booking so we
can make the necessary arrangements

6. What is DC Nation Tours and Travel cancellation and reschedule policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations
within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. For private bookings or large groups,

12. Where do we meet for our tour?
If you have choosen our standard package where pickup and traop off is not available.
Please meet us 15 minutes before your schedule time at McPherson Square Metro Station
(1400 I (eye) St. NW, Washington, DC 20005) – Take the 1400 NW Exit. Convenient public
parking is available nearby. If you have our standard package in which hotel oickup and drop
off is available in dc downtown area , we can pick you up from the hotel entrance.

13. Driving in and need to park your vehicle?
Convenient public parking is available nearby. You can spot them on google maps as well.
We recommend using SpotHero – a parking reservation service that lets you find and reserve
hourly, monthly, airport, and event parking at thousands of lots and garages in Washington
DC.

14. Do I get my tickets in the mail?
Yes, you will get it via mail as well on text message. We will coomunicate everything with you
over text before your tour.
